Complimentary Parking ePermit Included with General Admission Tickets

All Gaucho Reunion General Admission Ticket Parking Information

General admission ticket parking is valid in visitor lots and designated areas during All Gaucho Reunion weekend. Attendees will receive an access code via email to redeem their complimentary campus parking on the ParkMobile Reservations website. You must register for your reunion ePermit before parking in any campus visitor lots.

How to Register for Your General Admission Parking ePermit:

  • Visit the ParkMobile Reservations website at https://app.parkmobile.io/venue/all-gaucho-reunion-agr/events

  • On the left hand side, under Events, select the dates you will be attending—either individual days, a 2-day, 3-day, or 4-day ePermit.

  • Click on the “Filters & Access Codes” option, scroll down, and enter the access code from your email. Click “Apply.”

  • Click the green “Reserve” button under the option for “University Plaza.”

  • You will be prompted with a Log-In screen. Click “Continue as Guest” at the bottom.

  • Enter your email address and click “Save & Continue.”

  • Enter your vehicle information and click “Save & Continue.”

  • Click “Complete Purchase” at the bottom of the screen. Your total price should be listed as $0.00.

  • Your ePermit is now activated for the selected dates! A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.

Important:

  • Your license plate is your parking ePermit, no need to print or display a permit!

  • You will be able to move between different visitor lots and designated areas throughout the day using the same ePermit.

  • The vehicle's license plate must be affixed to the exterior of the vehicle, unobstructed, and fully visible from the drive aisle in order for your permit to be valid.

  • Your ePermit is only valid in visitor lots OR lots that are open to visitors after 5pm. Pay attention to all parking signs and avoid parking in lots solely designated for faculty, staff, or students. A list of suggested parking lots is provided below.

  • If you did not register online, you will need to park in Lot 10 when you arrive on campus. Same-day reunion registrants will be given an access code at event check-in (see below). You will need your license plate number when registering.
