Have you seen paddlers working their way down our coast and ever wondered how you could get out there with the sea lions and dolphins? Well, now is your chance. With our sit-on-top kayaks the only skill needed is ability to swim and a desire to get on the ocean. Enjoy a fun 1-2 hour paddle along our local seaside kelp beds. Fees include kayak equipment and safety gear, and guides. You will need to provide your personal swim gear, water and snack recommended or good breakfast beforehand. Prerequisite: Ability to swim.

Stand-Up Paddle Board for Beginners

This is a beginning class for those who are new to paddle-boarding or need a refresher on the sport. Class will include brief information and practice sessions in the water as well as on land. Students will learn wave judgment, board handling, paddling technique and wave-catching knowledge. Boards and wetsuit (4/3mm) will be provided. We cannot guarantee the availability of department wetsuits or your wetsuit size. Prerequisite: Ability to swim

We’ve got a dynamic circuit of activities! They'll unleash their imaginations with arts and crafts, embark on a thrilling scavenger hunt, and tackle exciting obstacle courses. Guided by a silly cast of characters.
For the older ones (ages 8-16)
It’s time to get competitive! They’ll join in an epic game of Capture the Flag—complete with face paint, team cheers, and plenty of friendly rivalry.
